ESRI Shape files

ESRI Shape files is a standard geographic format which can be imported easily into most geographic information system software (GIS): ArcGIS, Grass, Quantum GIS (QGIS), PostGIS and many others.
Files use coordinates in WGS 84 datum, and UTF-8 encoding.

Administrative Regions

Files are named with number 4, and geometries are POINTS.
